Current Opportunities
Pipe-layer:
We are looking for a pipelayer for the Chilliwack and the lower Fraser Valley area. Must have experience with all aspects of civil pipe works, understand and complete grading tasks, complete projects in a safe and timely manner. Expect to work 40 – 50 hours per week (overtime pay)
Qualifications must include:
- Experience in the civil construction industry
- Strong time management and problem – solving abilities
- Valid BC drivers license and clean driver’s abstract
- Must be safety orientated, self – motivated and work well with others
Foreman:
We are looking for an experienced Foreman to run a small labour / pipe crew in Chilliwack and the lower Fraser Valley area. Must have experience in the civil construction industry, with ability to read blueprints, understand and complete grading tasks, and supervise daily activities to complete projects in a safe and timely manner. Expect to work 40 – 50 hours per week (overtime pay)
Qualifications must include:
- 5 years experience in the civil construction industry
- Strong leadership, time management and problem-solving abilities
- Valid BC drivers license and clean driver’s abstract
- Must be safety orientated, self-motivated and work well with others
- Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, project managers, engineers and clients in a professional manner.
Equipment Operator:
We are looking for an experienced Equipment Operator for our projects throughout Chilliwack and the Lower Mainland. Must have experience in Earthworks and bulk excavation. Be able to operate a variety of heavy equipment in a safe, responsible and efficient manner. Expect to work 40 – 50 hours per week ( overtime pay)
Qualifications must include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Must be well familiar with attachments including their use, maintenance, and safety requirements
- Be able to run excavators, backhoes & loaders
- Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, project managers, engineers and clients in a professional manner
- Must be local and have own transportation
